Communities - Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA)

for adults

The Youth MHFA course teaches adults how to confidently recognise and support young people developing a mental health problem or in crisis.

Your community group will be ready to fill the roles of responsible adults that will be the pathway to further support.

Your community group is the ideal setting to introduce real solutions and understanding around mental health in a safe and supported environment.

While there are other programs, Mental Health First Aid stands alone in delivering relevant, evidence-based information and a simple, effective action plan.

What People Are Saying

Absolutely brilliant course, wish I had told many more about it - I know so many people in this community who would benefit from and love to do this course. I hope it is run again soon.
